Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders may have different shipping timelines and rates. Please refer to your wholesale agreement or contact us directly for details.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at osaoutdoors.nmj@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
